Position Summary:
NAVEX is poised for continued growth in 2023 and beyond! As the Sales Learning Experience Designer, you will have a direct hand in this growth by ensuring the productivity and success of our sales teams through creative and engaging learning experiences.
You will directly influence our ability to continue making a positive impact in the world by preparing and empowering our Sales team and other customer facing personnel to effectively sell our products and services!

What You Will Do:
  • Apply creativity and learning design principles to produce effective learning experiences that improve the performance of revenue teams through the development of key knowledge and application of role specific skills
  • Incorporate best practices from the field to share exemplars of key topics and principles
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement Director to plan, build and launch a polysynchronous/blended learning experience
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement Manager, Solutions Engineers, Product Specialists, Product Marketing, and other SMEs to develop sales learning and curriculum plans
  • Develop, own, assess and continuously improve asynchronous blended learning experiences
  • Analyze demonstrated sales Account Executive capability after e-Learning and tie to revenue performance
  • Redesign existing content to ensure it matches the learner’s needs
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Track employee performance and measure training outcomes
  • Work with Event Marketing and the Sales Leaders to design and deliver engaging Sales Kick Off content
  • Establish and build relationships with other Vista portfolio companies Sales Learning Experience Designers for optimal best practices sharing
What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in adult education, curriculum development, business, psychology, communications, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in Instructional/Curriculum Design; Sales or Sales Enablement experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of and demonstrates ability using ADDIE, SAM, Gange’s, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick/Phillips and other adult learning models and theories
  • Proficiency in and highly effective in facilitating cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience with and skilled in e-Learning and video/audio tools such as Adobe CC, Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, InDesign or Elucidat
  • Experience with learning management systems and the ability to design to learning industry standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ preferred, proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to write effective copy, test, and audio/video scripts
  • Skilled in survey and assessment design and ability to evaluate learning programs at multiple levels
  • Enjoys working with fast paced and high energy groups, supports collaboration and sharing as well as works well independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills and a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
A portfolio of work that demonstrates self-paced and ILT and/or VLT curriculum (synchronous and asynchronous) will be considered as part of the interview process if you are selected to move forward.

  • Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
  • The minimum starting pay for this role is $85,000 per annum.
  • Pay progression is based on performance.
